Local 3631 Fallen Firefighter Relief Fund

A Ride 4 A Reason is a charity group motorcycle ride of firefighters and friends (active & retired spreading the message for occupational cancer awareness and prevention, firefighter mental wellness, as well as other firefighter occupational medical conditions. This ride around the western United States raises money to will help support the Fallen Firefighter Relief Fund (FFRF).

The FFRF was created by the Orange County Professional Firefighters Local 3631 in memory of two Orange County Fire Authority’s firefighters who lost their lives in the line of duty in 1998. Those firefighters were Firefighter Allen Donalen and Fire Captain Tom Wall.

The FFRF is a 501-C(3) non-profit organization (EIN # 33-0915574) that was established to support professional firefighters in Orange County to help their families in their greatest time of need. The FFRF, to date, has donated over $1,000,000 to firefighter families with immediate needs for support.

The FFRF’s primary goal is to support Orange County Firefighter’s families. Additionally, the FFRF has donated monies to firefighters all over the state of California and the entire nation.

We are asking for donations to support The Fallen Firefighters Relief Fund via the A-Ride-4-A-Reason web-site and motorcycle ride. The motorcycle ride begins in the early part of July, 2024 from Boise, Idaho. And terminates in Page, Arizona in late July, 2024.
